Eyebrow Transplant in London
Treatment and quotation follow consultation and individual assessment.
Eyebrow Transplant
Eyebrow transplantation uses a patient’s own hair to restore or reshape brows affected by thinning, over-plucking, scarring, genetics or previous hair loss. Because the eyebrow changes direction and curvature repeatedly across a very small area, precision is everything.
Eyebrow design
The first stage is design. Brow shape is planned around facial proportions, existing eyebrow hair and the patient’s preferred aesthetic rather than following a standard stencil.
Single-hair precision
Eyebrows naturally consist predominantly of individual hairs. Single follicular units are therefore selected and positioned carefully to avoid a coarse or plug-like appearance.
Direction, angle and curvature
Eyebrow hairs lie almost flat against the skin and change direction between the inner brow, body, arch and tail. Long-hair FUE can be especially useful because retaining the shaft gives the doctor a direct visual reference for curvature, direction and angulation during placement.
Scalp or body-hair donor options
Scalp hair is the most common donor source for eyebrow restoration, but it is not the only option. In selected cases, finer body hair from areas such as the arms or legs can provide a closer match to the calibre and shorter growth characteristics of natural eyebrow hair.
The donor source is chosen according to texture, calibre, growth behaviour and the look we want to create.
Ongoing trimming
When scalp hair is used for eyebrow restoration, transplanted hairs retain much of their donor behaviour and may continue growing longer than native eyebrow hair. Regular trimming and grooming may therefore be needed.
Specialist eyebrow expertise
Our eyebrow procedures are matched with doctors experienced in non-scalp transplantation, detailed facial design and fine recipient-site placement.
What happens next
Consultation includes eyebrow design, donor assessment and discussion of the density, shape and donor source that will best suit the finished result.
