Questions are part of good decision-making. These answers explain how treatment works at London Hair Trust, while your own recommendations are tailored during consultation.
Will I be advised which technique is best for me?
Yes. Your treatment is planned around your hair-loss pattern, donor area, hair characteristics, existing density, goals and long-term needs. Following your assessment, we’ll explain which technique — or combination of techniques — is most appropriate for you, why it has been recommended and how it fits into your wider restoration plan.
Do you publish package prices?
No. We don’t use standard treatment packages because graft requirements, technique, donor considerations and complexity vary from one patient to another. Your quotation is provided after consultation and assessment and is based on the treatment plan recommended for you.

Will I need to shave my hair?
Not necessarily. Long-hair and no-shave approaches can preserve more of your existing hairstyle and make the early recovery period more discreet. The practical options depend on your hair, donor area and treatment plan, and these are discussed with you before surgery.
What happens after surgery?
You leave with written aftercare instructions covering scalp care, washing, expected recovery and any prescribed medicines. We arrange a scheduled check-in within 24 hours, further planned contact during days 1–14 and a day-14 review, followed by longer-term progress reviews through our 18-month care pathway. Additional assessment is arranged when clinically indicated. The 24-hour check-in is not a round-the-clock contact service.

London Hair Trust is based at 33 Cavendish Square, Marylebone, London W1G 0PW. Visits are by appointment only; your booking confirmation will provide your specific arrival and treatment arrangements.
Is there time to think after consultation?
Yes. Following your consultation, treatment plan and first-stage consent, LHT provides a 14-day reflection period before surgery. This gives you time to review your treatment plan and quotation, ask any remaining questions and decide whether to proceed without pressure.
