Clear terms, before you commit.

This page summarises our booking and cancellation arrangements. Before you pay a deposit, we will provide the full written terms for your proposed treatment, including the total price, payment arrangements and any applicable cancellation rights.

Booking deposit

A £1,000 deposit reserves your proposed treatment date and is credited towards your agreed treatment fee. A deposit does not guarantee clinical suitability.

Balance and cancellation

Unless your quotation states otherwise, the balance is due 14 days before your procedure. If you cancel outside any applicable statutory cooling-off right, deductions will be limited to fair, reasonable and evidenced losses we cannot reasonably avoid.

Cooling-off rights

Qualifying bookings made remotely, including online or by telephone, generally carry a 14-day statutory cancellation period starting the day after the contract is made. We will explain any applicable exceptions or lawful charges for services you expressly request during this period before you commit.

Suitability for treatment

Your safety comes first. If the treating doctor advises against surgery, treatment will not proceed. We will explain any refund or charge fairly, taking account of services already provided and costs properly incurred.
